Fee Structure
About the $49 annual account fee
The annual account fee is $49 per year. It is the only recurring fee on the account — there is no application fee, no monthly fee, and no separate maintenance charge.
If we do not approve your application, the $49 is refunded in full. You are never charged for an account you cannot use.
If we do approve you, the $49 is credited back to your account once your orders total $250 for the account year. That is the merchandise total across every invoice you have paid, not counting shipping or tax, and it accumulates across all orders — ten $25 orders reach it exactly as one $250 order does. There is no minimum order size to work against. The credit is applied to your account toward supplies rather than returned as cash, and your dashboard shows your progress. If you do not reach $250 in the year, the $49 stands.
- Unpaid balances beyond the 30-day term are assessed a 1.5% per month (18% annual) fee until paid
- The account fee does not affect what we report. Payment history is furnished to Experian Business on the same terms for every account holder, regardless of what they spend or pay us

Accounts are automatically reviewed twice per year for possible credit limit increases based on your payment history and account performance.

- You may close your account at any time
- You remain obligated to pay any remaining balance within the terms of the agreement

- In the event of suspected fraud or misrepresentation, we reserve the right to close accounts at any time without notice
- We may assign unpaid accounts to third parties for collection

Fraud & Misrepresentation
In the event of fraud or misrepresentation by a customer in order to gain approval of a credit application, we reserve the right to immediately close the account, and any unpaid balance shall be due and payable immediately.
- We reserve the right to grant or refuse to grant credit at our sole discretion
- We reserve the right to assign unpaid accounts to third parties to collect on our behalf
- In the event of a disagreement arising from these terms or their enforcement, the parties agree to binding arbitration
- Each party shall be responsible for their own costs and fees in any arbitration proceedings
