Office Garner Net 30 — Reporting, Fees & Alternatives

Office Garner is a paid net-30 supply account aimed at business-credit builders. Here is what it says it reports to, what it costs, what we could not confirm, and where it fits against the alternatives — including us, disclosed as a competitor.

What Office Garner is, and what it says it reports to

Office Garner runs a paid net-30 account for business supplies. Its published terms list a $69 annual fee, a $45 minimum order, and require an EIN and roughly 30 days in business.

It says it reports to Equifax, Creditsafe, Ansonia, NACM and SBFE. That is a long list, and every item on it comes from the vendor’s own published terms — we have not independently confirmed any of it. What is not on the list matters as much: no Experian Business and no Dun & Bradstreet.

Vendor terms as listed in our vendor directory, last reviewed August 25, 2026. Vendors change terms without announcing it — confirm directly before you pay.

What to use instead, by what you are after

You want an Equifax Business tradeline

This is the core of what Office Garner offers. There is a free way to get it.

HD Supply Verified by phone with the credit dept, July 21, 2026 (Nav) $0/yr, $50 per order Equifax only — not D&B, not Experian. The cleanest no-fee route to an Equifax Business tradeline.

You want Experian Business

Experian Intelliscore Plus is the most widely pulled commercial score — and Office Garner does not list it.

Peak Discounters Our own terms — stated by us $49/yr, credited back at $250 of orders Experian Business. New accounts submitted weekly, existing accounts in a monthly file. No minimum purchase or activity requirement for reporting. Not D&B, not Equifax. $49 refunded in full if we don’t approve you.
Uline Verified by phone with the credit dept, July 27, 2026 (Nav) $0/yr, no minimum Reports to D&B and Experian — not Equifax. No fee and no minimum order. See our Uline page.

You want Dun & Bradstreet (PAYDEX)

Also not on Office Garner’s list. You will need a free D-U-N-S number.

Uline Verified by phone with the credit dept, July 27, 2026 (Nav) $0/yr, no minimum Reports to D&B and Experian — not Equifax. No fee and no minimum order. See our Uline page.
Quill Verified by phone with the credit dept, July 24, 2026 (Nav) $0/yr D&B only, and only if you enroll in the Trade Exchange Program. $100 initial cart; invoices over $50 are reported. See our Quill page.

A caution about vendors claiming SBFE

SBFE membership explicitly excludes trade credit providers. A net-30 office supplier cannot be an SBFE furnisher itself — we cannot, and neither can any other supply vendor. Data can reach SBFE indirectly through a member institution, but that is a different claim from "we report to SBFE." Where you see it on a supply vendor's page, treat it as unverified until the vendor explains the mechanism.

What none of these vendors can promise you

Whichever vendor you choose, including us: a vendor controls what it submits. The bureau controls what posts to your file, and what any score derived from it looks like. Nobody can promise you a score, a PAYDEX figure, a dollar amount of funding, a timeline, or an approval.

What a vendor can honestly tell you is its own process. Ours: we submit new accounts weekly and existing accounts monthly, to Experian Business. The full list of our limits is on what we can’t promise.

Common questions

Who does Office Garner report to?

According to its published terms, Office Garner reports to Equifax, Creditsafe, Ansonia, NACM and SBFE. We have not independently confirmed this. It does not list Experian Business or Dun & Bradstreet. Note that SBFE membership excludes trade credit providers, so the SBFE claim should be treated as unverified until the vendor explains the mechanism.

How much does Office Garner cost?

Office Garner’s published terms list a $69 annual fee and a $45 minimum order, and require an EIN and roughly 30 days in business.

Is there a free alternative to Office Garner for Equifax?

Yes. HD Supply has no annual fee and reports to Equifax Business only; we confirmed that by phone with its credit department in July 2026. It has a $50 per-order minimum.

Is Peak Discounters an alternative to Office Garner?

Only if Experian Business is what you need. We report to Experian Business, which Office Garner does not list. The two report to different bureaus, so they are complements rather than substitutes.

Can Office Garner or anyone guarantee a business credit score?

No. A vendor controls what it submits; the bureau controls what posts to your file. Nobody can promise a score, a funding amount, a timeline or an approval.

If Experian is what you need, that’s what we do

$49 a year, refunded in full if we don’t approve you, and credited back once your orders total $250 — on supplies you were buying anyway. It renews automatically each year at the then-current annual fee unless you cancel before the renewal date. Payment history furnished to Experian Business. No minimum purchase or activity requirement for reporting.
