Uline Net 30 Account — Reporting, Requirements & Alternatives

Uline is one of the few net-30 vendors whose reporting we confirmed directly: D&B and Experian, no fee, no minimum. For a lot of businesses it is the best first call — and we sell a competing product. Here is when you need something else.

What Uline reports, and what it costs

  • Reports to Dun & Bradstreet and Experian Business. Not Equifax.
  • $0 annual fee.
  • No minimum order.

Verified by phone with Uline’s credit department, July 27, 2026 (Nav). Listed in our vendor directory, last reviewed August 25, 2026.

The honest part: you may not need us

Uline gives you D&B and Experian for nothing. If you are starting out and want one account that reports to the two most commonly pulled commercial bureaus, open Uline first. We would rather tell you that than have you find out later.

Where we fit: we are a supply store with wholesale pricing that furnishes to Experian Business on a published cadence — new accounts weekly, all accounts monthly, no minimum purchase for reporting. Some businesses want a second Experian tradeline from supplies they already buy. That is the whole pitch.

Covering all three bureaus for $0

Uline + HD Supply covers D&B, Experian and Equifax for $0 a year.

Neither covers Equifax and D&B alone, but together they do. Both were confirmed by phone with their credit departments in July 2026.

HD Supply Verified by phone with the credit dept, July 21, 2026 (Nav) $0/yr, $50 per order Equifax only — not D&B, not Experian. The cleanest no-fee route to an Equifax Business tradeline.

Open what you will actually use. A tradeline only helps if it has real, on-time invoices on it.

What none of these vendors can promise you

Whichever vendor you choose, including us: a vendor controls what it submits. The bureau controls what posts to your file, and what any score derived from it looks like. Nobody can promise you a score, a PAYDEX figure, a dollar amount of funding, a timeline, or an approval.

What a vendor can honestly tell you is its own process. Ours: we submit new accounts weekly and existing accounts monthly, to Experian Business. The full list of our limits is on what we can’t promise.

Common questions

Does Uline report to business credit bureaus?

Yes. Uline reports to Dun & Bradstreet and Experian Business, not Equifax. This was confirmed by phone with Uline’s credit department on July 27, 2026.

Does Uline net 30 have a fee or minimum order?

No. Uline has no annual fee and no minimum order.

Is Uline a good first net 30 account?

For most businesses, yes. No fee, no minimum, and two bureaus make it a reasonable first D&B tradeline.

Should I use Peak Discounters if I have Uline?

Only if you want an additional Experian Business tradeline from supplies you would buy anyway, or you want Uline plus a second reporting account. We report to Experian Business only; we do not add D&B or Equifax coverage that Uline lacks.

What covers Equifax if Uline does not?

HD Supply has no annual fee and reports to Equifax Business only, confirmed by phone in July 2026. Uline plus HD Supply covers D&B, Experian and Equifax for $0 a year.

Want a second Experian tradeline from supplies you already buy?

$49 a year, refunded in full if we don’t approve you, and credited back once your orders total $250 — on supplies you were buying anyway. It renews automatically each year at the then-current annual fee unless you cancel before the renewal date. Payment history furnished to Experian Business. No minimum purchase or activity requirement for reporting.
