Does Walmart offer net 30?

What Walmart’s own pages say about paying on invoice terms — and what they don’t say about building business credit.

The short answer

Net 30, but invite-only for now

Program: Walmart Business Pay By Invoice, powered by TreviPay

Line of credit with net 30-day terms. No cost to apply, no interest and no fees for invoices paid within 30 days. Usable online, in the Walmart Business app or in-store. Late terms and starting limits not published.

Pilot announced July 2025 (TreviPay release September 16, 2025); Walmart says it plans to expand access but gives no date. TreviPay manages credit, invoicing and payments. Most small businesses cannot apply on their own yet.

How to get it

Invite-only pilot for select Walmart Business customers. If invited, the organization's Primary Admin applies in the Walmart Business account under Wallet > Pay By Invoice. Others can submit an interest form.

Walmart’s own page

Does it build business credit?

Walmart doesn’t publish which business credit bureaus, if any, it reports to. Any list that names specific bureaus for Walmart is repeating something the company itself hasn’t stated.

If building business credit is your reason for opening the account, ask Walmart’s credit department in writing which bureaus receive your payment history — or use a vendor that publishes it. Our vendor directory lists who reports where, with dates.
